Breathing and body workshop

Did you know that the way you breathe can impact how you feel? It's true! I will tell you more about it.

We will focus on breathing and explore the importance of releasing the diaphragm and other muscles for optimal body function and well-being.

With the help of specific exercises and stretches, we will relieve tension and learn breathing techniques to calm the mind and quiet our thoughts.

Reconnect with the body

During this workshop, you will learn to connect with your body, listen to its signals and identify any areas of tension or discomfort.

 

We will explore how stress and other factors can cause muscle contraction and lead to blockages.

 

Furthermore, we will examine how emotions and thoughts affect our physical sensations.

 

By engaging in movement exercises and expressing ourselves, we will work to release any stagnant energy and promote a sense of flow and balance in our bodies.
